WeMe User Agreement
WeMe is provided by Baoding Gravity Acceleration Technology Co., Ltd. By using WeMe, you accept this agreement. WeMe requires no registration or login. Subscription access is verified with anonymous installation credentials and Apple original transaction records.
1. Service
WeMe provides camera capture, dual-perspective photography, LUT tools, on-device analysis, and optional cloud photography guidance. Advice supports your judgment and does not guarantee a particular aesthetic, commercial result, or shooting safety.
2. Anonymous use
WeMe creates no sign-in account and offers no phone, email, or Apple login. Anonymous installation credentials protect cloud APIs. Deleting the app, local data, or anonymous cloud data can reset local settings and free quota not linked to a subscription.
3. Subscriptions
Apple App Store collects and manages payments. Price, term, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown at purchase and governed by Apple. We use the original transaction ID to restore and share subscription access and do not use appAccountToken.
4. Your content and other people
You are responsible for content you capture, import, store, or share. Explain the purpose and obtain required consent before photographing another person or using cloud scene understanding. Do not create or distribute unlawful, infringing, private, or child-harming content.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not bypass quotas, forge transactions, attack services, scrape APIs at scale, extract server models or keys, infringe rights, or use WeMe for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
WeMe software, interface, brand, model orchestration, and photography knowledge belong to the company or their lawful owners. You keep lawful rights in content you capture or import.
7. Changes and liability
We may update the service for security, compliance, and product improvement. Interruptions caused by device capability, network, permissions, third-party services, or force majeure are handled to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Law and contact
The mainland China edition is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China where permitted. Mandatory local consumer rules apply elsewhere. Contact support@wemecam.com first to resolve a dispute.
